Yes, there is a free parking lot for Gorący Potok Thermal Baths customers at the facility

Monday through Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. During the high season and on holidays, the facility is open: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. You can find the current opening hours for the day here

Yes, the facility is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

Yes. A detailed offer is available under the Vouchers tab . Vouchers are available for purchase on our website in the Shop tab both in paper form (printed on special paper + envelope with logo) or in electronic form (PDF format)

Smoking cigarettes, tobacco products, novelty tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, etc. is prohibited on the premises of the Gorący Potok Thermal Baths. Smoking is allowed only in places specially designated for this purpose, properly marked and equipped.

Yes, in the Gorący Potok Thermal Baths there is a summer children’s zone that includes slides, a balloon pool “Children’s Spring”, a water playground “Figle Migle”, an inflatable zone, Baba Yaga’s playground, volleyball and ball fields. The opening of individual zones depends on the weather, the zone is open only during the summer. For more information, see the Children’s Zone tab

Yes, in the main building in the Bistro (on the first floor) as well as in the Beef Master restaurant (first floor) there are display cases that show the assortment on offer. Purchases can be made by going to the staff.

The Gorący Potok Thermal Baths facility, in accordance with the regulations, is not responsible for items left in the complex. However, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible – if the items are found by employees, the company will store them for a period of 3 days, calculated from the day they are found. At the request of the owner of the lost item, it is possible to send it back at his expense.

Yes, it is possible to rent towels and bathrobes for a fee in two places: at the ticket offices and at the reception of the SPA. You can check the prices in the tab – Price list.

Is it necessary to book tickets to the Hot Creek Thermal Baths in advance?

We encourage you to purchase tickets online, especially during the season, on weekends and during organized events. Excluding these dates, you can purchase a ticket on the spot at the ticket office without a large queue

Yes, it is possible to pay by card at ticket offices and clearinghouses.

Yes, the online store has a limited number of tickets. If tickets are no longer available, you are welcome to purchase tickets at the stationary box offices.

Yes, just during the purchase process select the option: “I want to receive an invoice” and fill in the data correctly.

What to take with you to the thermal baths?

Things you should keep in mind when going to the thermal baths are: swimsuit/swimwear, towel and flip-flops. You can also bring additional accessories like swimming goggles, a swimming cap, inflatable wheels or noodles.

The swimming pool basins at the Gorący Potok Thermal Baths are filled with thermal water at temperatures ranging from 34 to 40°C. At each pool there is an information plate with the current temperature.

No, payments for drinks, food and additional zones are charged on the watch, which you receive when you enter the thermal baths at the ticket offices. When settling the surcharge before leaving the facility, you can pay by cash or card

Surcharge for exceeding the time in the pool area and SPA area is 1 zloty/1 min

Surcharge for exceeding the time after 22:00 is 2 zloty/1 min

Yes, lifeguards take care of safety in each pool. A medical station is also available at the facility.

Yes, accessories such as goggles, sleeves, or macarons can be brought into the pool area.

No, all attractions available in the pool area are included in the ticket price.

No, it is forbidden to bring your provisions, beverages or alcohol purchased outside the complex to the Hot Creek Thermal Baths.

Yes, alcohol can be consumed on the premises of the Gorący Potok Thermal Baths. Consumption of alcohol purchased on the premises of the complex is not allowed only in the visibly marked children’s area and in the SPA area ” Grzysno Pleasure (omitting special events organized in the SPA area, during which small amounts of alcohol are allowed)

Do I have to enter the sauna naked?

The SPA zone “Grzysno Przyjemność” is a non-textile zone. This means that you can not be in this zone in a bathing suit or other clothing. For your own comfort, it is acceptable to cover yourself with a towel or pareo (available for rent at the SPA reception).

The cost of renting a towel/pareo is PLN 9.00, and the refundable deposit is PLN 90.00.

The cost of renting a bathrobe is PLN 15.00, and the refundable deposit is PLN 150.

The deposit is credited virtually to the watch. Return must be made in the presence of staff to the appropriately marked container at the SPA Reception or at the main cash registers. In case of non-return of the lent assortment – payment is made at the cashiers at the exit.

No, you should not enter the steam sauna in a towel, but naked. The high humidity and temperature in the sauna cause the towel to soak up water very quickly, which not only reduces the comfort of use, but can also promote the growth of bacteria and fungi.
