Another special night awaits us, during which we’ll combine the hot atmosphere of our saunas with a southern temperament. Italian Sauna Night is the perfect opportunity to recharge your batteries and experience the spirit of la dolce vita without leaving Podhale.
What awaits you during Sauna Night at Termy Gorący Potok?
A large wood-burning sauna, subtle music, and themed ceremonies make each session a unique experience. This edition is all geared towards one goal: transporting you to the heart of an Italian vacation, where a lively atmosphere combines with blissful relaxation.
During this evening, many attractions await you, allowing you to escape from everyday life and provide moments of relaxation. Each sauna night guest will enjoy five specially prepared sauna ceremonies, as well as:
A welcome drink to immerse you in the unique atmosphere of the event,
Peat baths, known for their health and beauty benefits,
A snack buffet, perfect for those who love good food,
Aromatic scrubs to pamper your body and senses,
Multimedia shows to create a magical atmosphere for the night.

Sauna ceremony schedule
During Italian Sauna Night, a series of original sauna ceremonies led by experienced sauna masters will guide you through the next stages of your Italian adventure.
🍕 Maestro Pizzaiolo (9:00 PM)
This is a light and aromatic introductory session, where the sauna master, like a pizza master, will “rock” the atmosphere. Expect the aromas of fresh herbs—basil and oregano—and a boost of positive energy right from the start.
⚔️ Gladiator (10:00 PM)
A session inspired by the power and glory of ancient Rome – a longer, relaxing ceremony.
🍋 La Dolce Vita (11:00 PM)
A moment to celebrate the “sweet life.” This session is the essence of relaxation and sensuality.
🏎️ Ferrari Inferno (00:00)
At midnight, we shift into high gear! This is the most intense and technical show of the night.
🌙 Buona Notte (01:00)
Quiet down and say goodbye to your Italian adventure. The final session aims to calm your heart rate and ease your body into a state of deep relaxation before bed.

Important information about Sauna Night:
1. The sauna night takes place in the “Grzysno Przyjemność” SPA & Wellness area – this is a non-textile area, available only to adults (18+).
2. Space for the sauna night is limited.
3. Entry to the event is possible from 8:15 PM.
4. On the day of the sauna night, the SPA area for all regular tickets (including Multisport, FitProfit, Medicover Sport, MyBenefit, Groupon, Wyjątkowy Prezent, PZU Sport, Super Prezent, Prezent Marzeń, Zlavomat, and Slevomat users) will be open until 8:00 PM.
