Technical break Nov 1 – Dec 22

Please be advised that the entire Termy Gorący Potok complex will be closed from November 1st to December 22nd for an extended technical break—a period that will be dedicated to intensive maintenance and upgrade work.

We will reopen on December 23rd; the facility will operate according to its regular schedule throughout the holiday season, and our New Year’s Eve event will take place as planned. Further details regarding the planned investment will be shared soon.

Important information regarding gift vouchers:

All gift vouchers with an expiry date in 2026 will have their validity extended until March 31, 2027. To request an extension, please send an email to: e-voucher@goracypotok.pl

This extension applies exclusively to gift vouchers; it does not include discount vouchers.

If you hold a voucher purchased through one of our partners that is set to expire this year, please direct your extension request to that partner. Our partners were notified well in advance regarding the planned closure of the facility.
